Not only the Sunday breakfast has to be special


Sunday is a day of the week when usually none of us are in a hurry. The morning lasts for hours, and we are wandering around the apartment in pajamas and slippers, watching TV and making a lazy breakfast. Pancakes, omelettes, fritters - interesting breakfasts are not only reserved for Sunday. A nutritious and tasty breakfast, which will be an energy trigger for the rest of the day, will also be useful for you from Monday to Saturday.

How to use Galicia bakery products to prepare an unusual breakfast? Here are our suggestions:

Breakfast Idea # 1: Fritatta with vegetables


An offer for people who like to plan and prepare breakfast for the next day in the evening. Fry the onion and ham in a little butter, add the spinach and sun-dried tomatoes. When the spinach has wilted, pour over the eggs with two tablespoons of milk, salt, pepper and granulated garlic. Stir everything so that the eggs are combined with the additions and put in a preheated oven for 15 minutes. When it cools down, cut into portions and hide in lunchboxes, and the next day eat breakfast with Galicia BIO 3 Grains. Preparing this breakfast in the evening takes an extra 15 minutes of sleep in the morning - is it worth it? It's really delicious!

Breakfast Idea # 2: Yogurt apple pie


To prepare the yoghurt apple pie, you only need to buy or prepared previously roasted apples, a large portion of cinnamon, your favorite yogurt, a handful of nuts and of course the star of this dish, i.e. Chrupak Orkisz & SĹ‚onecznik crispbread. Place the yoghurt in your breakfast bowl. Add to it roasted apples and sprinkle it with cinnamon. Top with crispbread and add your favorite nuts. Walnuts are the best choice here, but don't worry, if you don't like them or don't have them, you can use pecans or cashews. Making this breakfast takes as long as putting everything in a bowl, and it is certainly a much better idea than a bun filled with air and sugar from a local kiosk. Do you agree?

Breakfast Idea # 3: English breakfast for the lazy


How about an English breakfast? We are for yes! Use the beans in tomatoes, your favorite sausages and one egg. While your beans are heating up, fry the sausage in a pan and prepare a fried egg. It will all take you up to 5 minutes. Serve it on a plate with Galicia crispbread. In our opinion, Cheese & Pomidor bread is best for this combination.

Breakfast Idea # 4: Smoothie Bowl


The smoothie bowl is nothing more than a bowl filled to the top, full of fruit, nuts, grains and other additives we like. You need your favorite fruit to prepare it. We recommend you to make a smoothie bowl with banana, mango and strawberries. Yummy! Blend the fruit until smooth and put it in a bowl. Top with the crushed Walnut Miodziak, a few fresh strawberries and coconut flakes. This breakfast idea is simply heaven in my mouth.

  

Breakfast idea # 5: Breakfast on the go - shake it!


A proposal for the most busy people. It won't take you more than 3 minutes to complete this breakfast. All you have to do is blend vanilla skyr or any other favorite yogurt, banana and a small teaspoon of peanut. You put everything together in a blender and mix it. The amount of ingredients depends only on you and your hunger level. While sipping this delicious cocktail, munch on a previously purchased kajmak millet. This combination, apart from the fact that it will satisfy you until lunch, is really delicious and not very labor-intensive. How about this idea for breakfast?
