Galicia breakfast bread - what to serve it with?

Galicia breakfast bread - what to serve it with?

What to eat Galicia breakfast bread with? Here are our ideas for quick (but not necessarily) breakfasts.

The crispbread offered by the Galicia brand is the perfect breakfast bread that you can successfully use to prepare both sweet and salty dishes - depending on individual preferences. If you are interested in what dishes you can make in the morning with our breakfast bread - we have prepared some interesting suggestions for you.

Scrambled eggs on Galicia breakfast bread

The first choice is the classic, i.e. grazing scrambled eggs. To prepare one serving of this breakfast, you will need:

  • 2 eggs,
  • 5 grams of butter
  • 2 slices of your favorite sausage,
  • salt and pepper to taste,
  • chives for decoration,
  • 2 pieces of Galicia 3 Grains breakfast bread,
  • 15 grams of hummus
  • 6 cherry tomatoes.

Start preparing breakfast by cutting the meat and frying it in a little butter. Meanwhile, beat the eggs with a little salt and pepper in a bowl, then pour them into the pan, stirring occasionally to prevent the scrambled eggs from burning. When your eggs start to curb - spread the hummus on the Galicia breakfast bread and then place the halved cherry tomatoes on it. Put scrambled eggs and prepared hummus sandwiches on a plate, and then sprinkle everything with finely chopped fresh chives. As the old Polish proverb says - heaven in your mouth!

Breakfast bread with yoghurt and seasonal fruit

Another proposal to use Galicia breakfast bread is something for fans of sweets. To prepare this delicious dish, you need, of course, your favorite bowl in which you will serve it:

  • 2 pieces of Galicia Orkisz Muesli breakfast bread,
  • 250 grams of Greek yogurt,
  • a tablespoon of good-quality honey or agave syrup,
  • favorite fruit (in summer strawberries, blueberries and raspberries are the best, in winter use a banana or a pear),
  • almond flakes,
  • 3 cubes of your favorite chocolate (we recommend the dessert one - but if you prefer - milk chocolate also goes well with this combination),
  • mint for decoration.

Preparing this breakfast is very easy and we guarantee that you will handle it for sure. Start by washing the fruit and cutting it into smaller pieces, and then putting it in a bowl you prepared earlier. Add yogurt to them and pour liquid honey over it. Sprinkle everything with crumbled Galicia breakfast bread (we recommend using the one with the Orkisz & Muesli flavor). When your dish is almost ready, fry the almond flakes in a dry frying pan and sprinkle them over breakfast. Finally, add the chopped chocolate and mint, which will make your breakfast look like it comes from the best restaurant.

English breakfast with Galicia bread

Galicia breakfast bread is also a perfect complement to a classic English breakfast. To perform it, you need:

  • 1 egg,
  • 15 grams of butter
  • salt and pepper to taste,
  • 150 grams of beans in tomatoes,
  • 2 pieces of Galicia Bio 3 Grains breakfast bread,
  • 2 small sausages (you can also use sausages if you prefer),
  • a few cherry tomatoes.

Preparing this breakfast is a bit time-consuming, so we recommend you to make it on the weekend. Start by heating the beans in tomato sauce. While it is cooking, move on to heating two pans. On the first, add an egg with a little butter and prepare the so-called fried egg. On the second, fry the sausages and the tomatoes cut in half. When the egg is ready and the remaining ingredients are warm - put everything on a plate and serve it with the Galicia breakfast bread smeared with fresh butter and sprinkled with a little salt. Yummy! Every man will love this dish - it is incredibly filling.
