Harissa Butter and Galicia Classic 3 Seeds

Ingredients

A spicy, rare and stunning combination that we have prepared for you is a delicious butter with the addition of harissa paste. It is an ideal proposition for fans of spicy dishes. Do you like them? So you know what to do! Put on your apron and get to work!

To prepare, we need:

  • Cube of butter
  • Half a teaspoon of sweet pepper
  • A quarter teaspoon of dried chilli
  • Pinch of salt
  • Harissa paste (chilli, garlic, herbs) - 15 grams
  • Galicia Classic 3 Seeds
     

Preparation

  1. Take the butter out of the refrigerator a moment earlier to make it gently soft.
  2. Using a wooden spoon, knead the butter by adding spices.
  3. Add a teaspoon of harissa paste.
  4. Mix everything thoroughly until you get a smooth, buttery consistency, without lumps.
  5. Put it into a bowl, cover it with cling film and put it back in the fridge to set it.
  6. Serve it accompanied by Galicia Classic 3 Seeds crispbread.
