Ingredients

Do you like going beyond the usual patterns and trying flavors that many of us have not even dreamed of? If your palate is ready for a bit of madness, the sandwich, in which the main fiddle is played by a caramelized pear, will definitely appeal to you. It is a perfect proposition for a lunch.

To prepare, we need:

Preparation

  1. Start by warming up the pan and melting the butter on it. While the butter is melting, cut the pear into medium-thick slices. About 2mm. They can be neither too thin (they will fall apart) nor too thick.
  2. When the butter is hot, put the sliced ??pear on it and sprinkle with sugar. Caramelize it over low heat, about two minutes on each side.
  3. While the pear is in the pan, brush the Spelt & Sunflower bread with goat cheese. One sandwich contains about 20 grams of cheese.
  4. Put the washed and dried arugula and pear on the cheese, which has just finished caramelizing.
  5. Pour over everything with a little liquid honey and add walnuts to break the flavor.

It will be delicious!
