Baked ice cream dessert on a chocolate base

If you like non-obvious solutions - this dessert is something you must try! The dessert itself is made literally a moment before serving, but before that you have to take care of a few elements. What kind? We already advise! We guarantee - it will be deliciously delicious!

To prepare, we need:


  1. Form 6 balls of ice cream and put each of them into an espresso cup, previously lined with cling film. Set aside to freeze.
  2. Before serving, warm up the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
  3. Cut the chocolate millet in half to get 6 square bottoms and place them on the baking tray.
  4. Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff.
  5. Take out the ice balls (thanks to the foil it will be really easy) and place them on the millet bottoms.
  6. The next step is to quickly, efficiently and thoroughly cover the millet with meringue ice cream in such a way that the ice cream cannot flow out during baking.
  7. Put everything in the oven for about 2 minutes and after taking it out we serve the guests right away.
