Chocolate Plum on 5 Grains Crispbread

Ingredients

Autumn is the perfect time to prepare cans that we can enjoy later throughout the winter. If you already have plums in your stores, be sure to prepare a large supply of chocolate cream from them. We guarantee - it's delicious!

To prepare, we need:

  • 2.5 kg of Hungarian plums
  • Sugar - 1 kg
  • Vanilla sugar - 2 packs
  • Bitter cocoa - 2 solid spoons
  • Bitter chocolate - 100 gr
  • 5 Grains Crispbread

Preparation

  1. Start by removing the seeds from our plums.
  2. Put the plums into a thick-bottomed pot and cook with sugar and vanilla sugar for about 2.5 / 3h, stirring occasionally.
  3. When your plums look like jam, we add cocoa and chocolate to them.
  4. Stew everything for another 15 minutes.
  5. Put into jars. Turn off and when they are still hot, put them upside down so that they cure.
  6. Serve it on 5 Grains Crispbread.
