Pieczywo chrupkie na bazie 5 zbóż: pszenicy, żyta, orkiszu, jęczmienia, owsa oraz z posypką z nasion sezamu białego i czarnego.

Historia Chrupaka jest prosta jak składniki z których sam powstaje. Pieczywo chrupkie typu szwedzkiego wypiekane jest metodą ekstruzji - czyli przetłaczanie ciasta przez ekstrudery pod wysokim ciśnieniem i w wysokiej temperaturze (140–180 °C) do komory schładzającej, dzięki temu procesowi ciasto zawdzięcza swój charakaterystyczny smak. 

Dodatki które używamy są dobierane w zależności od "charakteru" jaki ma mieć produkt, stosujemy posypkę z ziaren, nasion, sera.
